Terms & Conditions

Please thoroughly review the terms and conditions of VISHHAL HOLIDAYS. The recipient of this notice will be the only addressee of this booking receipt and terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the recipient to inform all other parties travelling regarding the contents of these terms and conditions. The booking passenger, by accepting this receipt, agrees that they have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.

Passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking and to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities on your      booking receipt. Please notify Uranus Travels immediately if any exclusions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. Passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the traveller’s LEGAL first & last names.

1. Booking & Payment

• All bookings must be made in writing or through our official communication channels.
• A minimum deposit [e.g., 50%] of the total package cost is required at the time of booking.
• The balance payment must be made [e.g., 15–30 days] before the departure date.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or other accepted methods.

2. Pricing

• Prices are quoted in [INR/Your Currency] and are subject to availability and change without notice.
• The package cost is calculated based on group size, travel dates, and inclusions. Changes may affect the total price.
• Any increase in taxes, fuel surcharges, or currency exchange fluctuations may be passed on to the client.

We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural disasters, insufficient participants, government restrictions, etc.). In such cases, a full refund or alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Travel Documents

• Passports, visas, and other travel documents are the client’s responsibility.
• We can assist with the process but are not liable for delays, denials, or issues caused by external authorities.

• Passenger undertakes the sole responsibility to individually confirm all documentation requirements for all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination. Passenger undertakes sole responsibility for any and/or all damages experienced    as a result of Passenger’s failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements, including (but not limited to) the requirement that all Passengers acquire.

5. Health & Insurance

• All clients are responsible for ensuring they are fit to travel.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (including medical and cancellation coverage).

6. Responsibilities

Client Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate personal and travel details.
• Follow the instructions of tour leaders or local representatives.
• Respect local customs, laws, and cultures.

Our Responsibilities:

• Arrange and coordinate services as per the itinerary.
• Provide support during your travel (as per inclusions).

7. Liability Disclaimer

• Vishhal Holidays acts only as an agent for third-party service providers (hotels, transport, etc.) and is not liable for any acts, omissions, or delays by them.
• We are not responsible for injury, loss, accident, damage, delay, or irregularity caused by any reason beyond our control.

8. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, pandemic, strikes, or government actions.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Gujarat State, India and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Veraval, Gujarat.
