• Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or redeemed.

• The voucher can only be redeemed against Tour Packages offered by Vishhal Holidays.

• One voucher can be redeemed in one tour package only.

• This voucher is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Partial redemption is not allowed

• Advance booking is mandatory, and the voucher must be presented at the time of booking.

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Vishhal Holidays.

• The voucher does not cover any government taxes, surcharges, or additional fees unless explicitly mentioned.

• Certain blackout periods (e.g., peak travel seasons, holidays, festival season) may apply.

• Vouchers once issued are non-refundable.

• If the booking is cancelled by the customer, cancellation charges as per Vishhal Holidays’ policy will apply. The remaining value, if any, can be re-used within the voucher validity period.

• Vishhal Holidays is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers. No replacement will be provided in such cases.
