- Cancellation by the Customer
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing (email) The cancellation charges will be applied as per the timeline below:

Note: Flight/train/bus tickets, visa fees, or any third-party bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the provider.
- Cancellation by Vishhal Holidays
In rare cases, if we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen reasons (such as low participation, natural calamities, or government restrictions), you will receive:
- A full refund of the amount paid, or
- An option to reschedule or apply the amount to a future tour with mutual consent
- Refund Processing
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10–14 business days from the date of approval.
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Convenience fees, payment gateway charges, or bank charges are non-refundable.
- No-Show or Early Departure
No refunds will be given for:
- No-shows or late arrivals
- Voluntary early departure during the tour
- Unused services due to illness, personal reasons, or travel plan changes
- Force Majeure
In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other emergencies, refunds (if any) will be at the discretion of Vishhal Holidays and based on third-party policies.
- Custom/Group Packages
Cancellation & refund terms for customized or group tours may vary depending on the arrangements made. These will be clearly communicated at the time of booking and mentioned in your package confirmation.
